Feature
The whole frame
•Mineral casting base and cross slide structure design achieve optimal stability and ensure high processing accuracy.
•Large door opening size, convenient for workpiece disassembly and assembly.
•Side automatic door design, can realize flexible switching between single machine and group line.
Spindle
•Equipped with German KESSLER/ Italian HSD high-precision electric spindle, adopts circulating constant temperature cooling method, quantitative oil and gas lubrication of bearings, and realizes high torque and high speed operation. The spindle can be equipped with tool center internal cooling, thermal displacement compensation and other functions. Standard 14000 rpm, optional 20000rpm.
Drive structure
•All adopt precision heavy-duty roller guide rails with higher load capacity, the guide rail surface is protected by steel belt to ensure the service life of the guide rail.
•High-precision ball screw, equipped with precision grating scale, full closed-loop control to ensure processing accuracy.
•XYZ axis adopts guide screw drive. BC axis adopts high-precision double gear anti-backlash drive.
Control system
•Siemens high-end five-axis linkage CNC system Sinumerik one.
•Simple interactive programming method, pre-processing simulation to ensure high reliability.
•Efficient tool management.
